UNDERSTANDING MY FAITH, UNDERSTANDING MY CHURCH
Fr Marcin holds "conversations with the pastor" the third Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Bartholomew's Church. Question and answer sessions for all of us to understand better our rituals, our Church rules and practices, and our faith, morals and theology. These will be open to members of both parishes. He will also have afternoon sessions at 1:00 pm for the convenience of parishioners of both parishes who find evening scheduling more difficult. So ... what's your question(s)?... bring them to Fr Marcin ... engage in conversation ... and together we will move forward on our journey to becoming the best we can be as individuals and as a community.
ECHS VIDEO
East Catholic High School students made this The End of Prayer Shaming video to "declare that we're more concerned with God than we are with being politically correct." Please watch.
FALL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
As we wind down our fundraising campaign, we want to thank everyone who contributed in support of the improvements planned for the interior of the church building. We hope to begin them this Spring and are in the process of getting quotes for the work. The total amount of pledges to date is $62,255. Total donations received to date is $59,710. This represents 267 families, 24% of parish families.
